Located on the 11th floor, the grand ballroom at Le Westin Montréal is over 7,385 square feet and features 20-foot ceilings, unobstructed sightlines and seats up to 820 people. Pre-function gatherings are easy with over 4,000 square feet just outside the meeting room with spectacular city views.

Located on the 9th floor with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Features over 4,200 square feet, 20-foot ceilings, unobstructed sightlines and seats up to 400 people. Over 4,400 square feet of pre-function space is directly adjacent.

For exhibitions, the hotel’s 8th floor offers a 15,500 square foot open concept hall which can accommodate up to 82 tradeshow booths. Green Meetings

Le Westin Montreal is committed to protecting the environment by using energy-efficient digital meeting room signage, linen-less stainless tables for coffee breaks, buffet and food stations, and recycling bins located in each if the hotel’s meeting rooms. Food from local suppliers helps to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint and pitchers of water are used in place of plastic bottles. In order to reduce waste and assist a local cause, unused food is donated to La tablée des chefs, an organization that enlists the help of chefs to provide culinary and nutritional workshops in their community and sustenance to the less fortunate.
